We respond to a new brief within 24 hours and can usually run discovery in the same week. For scoped advisory work, a written plan follows within a week of kickoff.
Most of our work sits alongside an in-house team. We embed into your rituals and tooling, and we are explicit about which decisions are ours and which stay with you.
Anything from a two-week architecture review to a multi-quarter build. If a short review is enough to unblock you, we will say so rather than stretch the scope.
Fixed-scope reviews are quoted as a flat fee. Ongoing execution support is priced per engineer per month, with a defined notice period and no lock-in beyond it.
You do — entirely. Repositories, infrastructure, and documentation live in your accounts from day one.
